Pet Buddy’s – Shipping Policy

Pet Buddy’s, operated by Pet Value PR, LLC, currently ships eligible online orders within Puerto Rico.
Standard shipping is $7.00 for eligible orders below the free-shipping threshold.
Eligible orders with a merchandise subtotal of $45.00 or more receive FREE standard shipping, subject to applicable discounts, promotions, exclusions, and the final shipping calculation displayed at checkout.
Standard shipping generally has an estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur because of weekends, holidays, high order volume, product availability, carrier delays, weather conditions, emergencies, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of Pet Buddy’s.
Orders are processed during regular business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing on the next available business day.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes to the order or shipping address.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.
Please verify your address, city, ZIP code, apartment or unit number, and other necessary delivery information before completing your purchase.
Pet Buddy’s is not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, unsuccessful delivery, or another circumstance attributable to the recipient, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be shipped again.
Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders of $45.00 or more.
Eligibility may be determined based on the merchandise subtotal after applicable discounts or promotions.
The shipping method and final shipping charge displayed during checkout will determine the shipping option applicable to the order.
If your package arrives visibly damaged or an item inside the package is damaged, contact Pet Buddy’s within 7 calendar days of delivery.
We may request photographs of the shipping package, damaged product, product packaging, and shipping label.
Please retain the original packaging until your claim has been reviewed.
If your order is missing an item or contains an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the order and provide an appropriate resolution.
All orders are subject to product availability.
If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, Pet Buddy’s may contact the customer regarding available options or issue an applicable refund.
